How do I return a product I purchased ?

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

In as much as we would like to serve every customer, we are sorry we only deliver after payments have been received and confirmed.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we do deliveries on Saturdays excluding Sundays as we get to rest on that day.

Can I Pre-order products?

Yes you can preorder products, during the shipment of new stock of products to Ghana, customers are allowed to preorder products we carry as well as the ones we do not carry.

Can I reserve an order?

Yes.Products can be reserved with deposits only. A product without payment would not be reserved.

Do I have to make payment when Pre-ordering?

A 75% deposit of the actual price of the product / order is required to pre-order.
